Sometimes we just need a space. One that gives us a break from the demands and stressors of home or work. A place to unburden and leave our worries.

Each therapy room is decorated in a way to optimize your comfort. We want you to feel accepted and at ease.

Our bigger office is intended for couples, families, or for play therapy. Plenty of fun toys for the kiddos and space to move around throughout session.

Just a dog checking you in! This is Blue, but he is not regularly at the office, so if you are afraid of dogs, no worries! But, if you do like dogs, I thought sharing Blue might bring some ease as you explore beginning therapy (or at least a smile)!

We work with individuals, families, and couples.

Our space can even transform to accommodate a small group or presentation!
