Each session is a 60-minute hour, which tends to be on the longer end of the spectrum for hour-long sessions. We believe you are entitled to a full hour! The rates however vary depending on your therapist. You will want to select the therapist you are interested in working with and check their rate! But, Sarah is $185 and Anya is offering a reduced rate at $35. Sliding scale is available upon request!

Most services at WGP are out-of-network, which means you pay up front and the practice will provide a “superbill” that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Intern rates are lower, typically equivalent to what you might pay as a copay.

Absolutely! Everyone at WGP is trained in systemic and relationally focused therapy, so couples and families are in good hands.

What is shared in therapy is intimate and vulnerable, so this is a very understandable concern. We will talk about this more when we begin therapy, but in sum, confidentiality protects what you disclose from being shard (with a few exceptions around physical safety).

The first step, and likely the most courageous step, is reaching out! You can do so under “contact us” on this website, or can email the practice directly at swolfpsychotherapy@gmail.com. From there, you can expect a response within 48 hours. You can set up a 15-minute consultation phone call to talk with a therapist at WGP and ensure they are the right fit for you! They may ask a few brief questions to understand what kind of therapist you are looking for and how we may be able to help. If you decide it feels like a good fit, the therapist and yourself can schedule an appointment either via telehealth or in-person. You will get an email inviting you to activate a client portal through Ensora Health and complete a few brief intake forms in preparation for the first session/appointment. Your therapist will walk you through every step of the way!

There are a few options!
Most clients enter a credit card, debit card, or HSA into the intake paperwork or directly into the hippa-compliant client portal (Ensora Health). This means you don’t have to do anything on your end once it is set up! The practice does the billing at the end of each week and can run the payment if it is comfortable for you. Once that is done, a “superbill” will be emailed to you that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you opt to do so.

Please reach out to your therapist directly or the practice to reschedule. You can email the practice at swolfpsychotherapy@gmail.com or use the contact information that your therapist has provided you. Please do alert your therapist (or the practice) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to prevent any late cancelation fee. As long as it is with some notice, your therapist will be more than happy to reschedule by collaborating with you to find an alternative time that matches both of your schedules.
